High Chromium-Manganese Alloy Cast Blow Bar (Plate Hammer) for Impact Crusher
Product Introduction
An impact crusher is a mechanical device that uses the high-speed impact of plate hammers and the rebound effect of a counterattack plate to repeatedly impact and crush minerals. The plate hammer is fixed on the high-speed rotating rotor, and several impact plates are arranged at different angles along the crushing chamber.
The mineral enters the action area of the plate hammer and is first shattered by the first impact of the plate hammer, while also gaining kinetic energy and rushing towards the counterattack plate at high speed. After colliding with the counterattack plate and breaking again, the mineral is bounced back to the action area of the plate hammer and re-impacted by the plate hammer. Repeat this process until it is crushed into the required particle size and discharged from the machine.
Impact crusher is usually used for first, second, and finally crushing minerals of lower & medium hardness, such as limestone, coal, calcium carbide, quartz, dolomite, sulfide iron ore, gypsum, and chemical raw materials.
1. Plate Hammer
The shape of the plate hammer is closely related to the fastening method and working load. The design of the plate hammer should match the requirements of reliable operation, easy loading and unloading, and reduced usage cost of the plate hammer. The plate hammer is generally made of high chromium alloy steel, high manganese alloy steel, and other wear-resistant alloy steels. There are many shapes of hammers, including long strips, T-shaped, S-shaped, I-shaped, axe-shaped, and slotted, generally in the form of long strips.
2. Impact plate/counterattack boards
The function of the counterattack plate ( Impact plate ) is to withstand the impact of the mineral hit by the plate hammer, causing the mineral to be crushed by the impact, and bouncing the crushed mineral back to the impact zone for further impact crushing to get the desired product particle size.
There are many shapes of counterattack boards (impact plates), mainly including two types: line-shaped and curved. The polygonal impact plate surface can make the mineral on each point of the counterattack plate impact in an approximately vertical direction, thus achieving the best crushing effect. The arc-shaped counterattack surface can cause the material block to bounce out of the counterattack plate, forming a fierce impact crushing zone in the center area to increase the free impact crushing effect of the minerals.
3. Crusher liner
This spare wear part of Jaw cruser be used to protect the machine will not broken by mineral impact during operation, and should have a longer life with high hardness, lower wear-rate & breakage rate.
